If you want to do a Hadoken immediately after a punch, faster than normally possible try this:

press your attack button and while the attack is being executed enter the hadoken combination. The attack will hit, but the animation will not finish and will be immediately followed by your special attack (you can do it with any attack).

Even better is this: If you press e.g. R and then hold it and make the d-pad movement vor a tatsumaki senpukyaku and release R with the right timing you will execute a similar thing as the one mentioned above. This is because releasing is as well counted as "pressing". Sounds weird, but works... well thats true vor SF2T at least...
